Friday: Slow Hatha Flow
9:30 - 10:45 am via zoom.

Mindful, and slow Hatha flow class. Included gentle vinyasa flow in this class, linking movement and breath. Slightly stronger than Mindful Hatha Flow. Focus on whole body movements in muscles and joints. End our practice with longer hold poses to promote stillness for Shavasana. All donations welcome.
