Service Description

Mindful chair excise with breathing practice with Marcus Hayward Every Fridays 2-3pm at Fromus centre Marcus also has online zoom classes ( Qi Gong & meditation/ mindfulness, 4 days a week) by donations. Marcus is experienced teacher, has been teaching Qi Gong all round the globe for over 25 years, held classes, workshops and retreats.
