Service Description

What to expect: in this class involves physical postures based on vinyasa yoga---connecting breath , mindful movements and awareness. All elements of flow movements are gentle yet active, addressing common treatment side effects and symptoms both during and after treatments. As cancer survivors, our job is to keep our immune system healthy. American cancer association recommends 150 - 320 hours excise time per week.
