Friday: Gentle chair Yoga

Service Description
This class is focused on balancing and functional breath, using a chair as support for standing or optional to seated. Involves both seated postures and movements as well as standing. Gentle & slow yet moves the whole body. Practice breathing through nostrils, to support better sleep, cognitive function, helps induce relaxation. Nasal breathing allows the body to utilise nitric oxide to dilate the blood vessels in the lungs, and increase carbon dioxide in the blood to expand the blood vessels. This class starts from March. Dates are as follows; 6/03, 20/03, 3/04, 17/04, 1/05, 15/05, 29/05, 12/06, 26/06, 1/07, 24/07 then every Friday.
